Being associated and having worked in the fine food manufacturing for many years, Susi developed a deep passion for dedicated customer service, quality, consistency and commitment to the client.

Through years with working closely with food professionals globally, Susi gained a deep understanding of the food production business which encouraged her to build and set up a larger and fully equipped factory in 2006.  Susi specializes in creating innovative concepts which are customized to suit the individual needs of various bakeries and restaurants.
